Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Codemio Technology provides custom software development services that require dedicated time and resources, our refund policy is strictly structured.

1. Custom Development Projects

• Advance Payments: Any upfront/advance payments made to initiate a custom project are generally non-refundable once the UI/UX design or development phase has commenced.
• Cancellations: If a client wishes to cancel the project before any coding or design work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation and processing fees.

2. Digital Products & Scripts

For any ready-made source codes, scripts, or digital products purchased from us, refunds are not permitted once the file has been delivered/downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the progress of a project, please reach out to our support team immediately so we can align the development with your expectations.
