Welcome to Codemio Technology. By accessing our website or utilizing our web and app development services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Codemio Technology specializes in custom application development, web development, and digital IT solutions. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon mutually before project commencement.

2. Payments & Pricing

• All custom development projects require an advance payment as mutually discussed before we begin the coding process.
• Final delivery or server deployment will be executed only after the full clearance of pending dues.
• Prices for services are subject to change, but ongoing active projects will not be affected by price changes.

3. Revisions & Approvals

We offer revisions during the UI/UX prototyping phase. Once the code phase begins, massive structural changes may incur additional charges depending on the required effort.

4. Maintenance & Support

We provide standard bug-fixing support for a mutually agreed period after project delivery. Any additional feature requests post-launch will be billed separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Once the project is complete and fully paid for, the rights to the custom software/website are transferred to the client. Codemio Technology reserves the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
